Job Description
  • The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for the in-house recruitment of a group of companies engaged in diverse industries.
  • He / she must have experience in handling high-volume recruitment.
  • Must be highly proficient in sourcing potential employees, efficient in paper-screening qualifications, have excellent interviewing skills to match qualified individuals with the vacancies in the organization.
  • Takes a pro-active stance in recruitment by coordinating with various department heads to determine recruitment needs and constantly communicating the progress of the recruitment for specific positions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Psychology or any related course
  • Can work on a fast-paced environment
  • With relevant experience is a plus
