Job Description
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a school branch, ensuring smooth administrative functions, academic support, and compliance with institutional policies.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact at the campus level, this role supports the school’s mission by fostering an organized, efficient, and student-centered learning environment.
  • Manage the daily operations of the campus, including staff coordination, student services, and facility oversight.
  • Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure quality delivery of academic and administrative services.
  • Implement school policies, procedures, and systems at the branch level.
  • Serve as liaison between the main/head office and the school branch, ensuring effective communication and execution of directives.
  • Monitor student enrollment, attendance, and performance records in coordination with the registrar or academic team.
  • Handle parent and student concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of the campus.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and campus maintenance needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on campus performance, issues, and needs for submission to senior management.
Qualifications
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in school administration
  • Relevant work experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and school management systems.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Amenable to work in Sumulong, Rizal
