Job Description
  • Install, configure, and maintain databases to ensure reliability and security
  • Monitor database performance, back up data, and implement recovery procedures.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and data integrity
  • Maintain and update the website to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database and web related issues
  • Provide end-to-end technical support and problem resolution
  • Schedule and perform regular server maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Coordinate with IT staff and management to support academic and administrative needs
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to database and web systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 2+ years professional experience or internship
  • Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar)
  • Experience in website administration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues
  • Knowledge of data security, backup, and recovery practices
  • Detail oriented, organized, trustworthy and a fast learner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance
  • Amenable to work in Cainta, Rizal
