The Associate in Business Administration is a two-year ladderized program of ICCT Colleges under the College of Business & Accountancy that provides a strong industry foundation and provides a braod understanding of business and business fundamentals. Students will learn to apply appropriate business models in decision-making situations; perform effectively within a professional team environment; apply ethical reasoning to business situations; including in sales and marketing, customer service, professional communication, among other skills.

ABA requires and internship for graduation, and credits earned in the program may be transferred or ladderized into a bachelor's degree program particularly for the bachelor programs in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business Economics, Global Business, Real Estate Management, and Marketing.

The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) of ICCT Colleges under the College of Business & Accountancy is a degree program recognized by CHED. BSA focused on subjects in financial, public, and managerial accounting, auditing, administration, business laws, and taxation. The program also teaches students to integrate information technology concepts into business systems, to create a more systematic and organized way of storing business-related data. The Bachelor of Science in Legal Management (BSLM) with specialization on General Business Management and Law/Legal Studies of ICCT Colleges under the College of Business & Accountancy is a degree program designed to create managers and entrepreneurs with a working knowledge of the legal environment within which all enterprises must operate. On top of the regular business curriculum is added a law curriculum which covers all the major components of law that are encountered in the conduct of business: taxation, labor law, partnership and corporation law, law on intellectual property. Students are trained to prepare business plans that are supported by extensive market research and analysis.

BSLM is can be an excellent preparatory for law program. The exposures to law subjects help the student make a final determination as to their preparedness and interest in pursuing legal profession.

BSLM does not have a board examination. However, graduates may opt to take the Civil Service Examination (CSE) conducted by the Philippines Civil Service Commission (PCSC) to qualify working in government offices. Some graduates opt to take a Master's degree followed by a Doctorate degree to gain expertise in the industry.
