Job Description
  • Provides essential clerical and administrative support to the school’s office operations, ensuring efficient communication, data management, and record-keeping.
  • Handles variety of office tasks in a professional and organized manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Schedule and maintain calendars for school administrators
  • Assist in the enrollment and registration process for new students
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Previous experience in a school office or administrative setting is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Friendly, professional, and courteous manner when dealing with staff, students, and the public
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
